OPEN GIRLS SOCCER
Our open girls soccer team had a home game against Yass High School on Monday 8th March. The round 1 match was played in glorious weather. Crookwell managed to defeat Yass High 14-2. Our girls had proven strength across the park in all positions. Our team played with great communication, superb skill and solid fitness. The girls utilised their experience and knowledge of each others game to play cohesively. A special thanks goes out to the Crookwell Council Parks and Gardens for getting the field prepared for the match, and to Billy Merryfull for volunteering his time to referee. Looking forward to round 2!!
